By creating a Livrux account, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Livrux mobile application and website ("Service"), operated by Fernanda Castro ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of the Service
Livrux is a family reading tracker that allows account holders to:
- Create reader profiles for family members (typically children).
- Log books read and earn virtual coins ("Livrux") based on pages read.
- Spend Livrux coins to record real-world rewards granted by the account holder.
- Connect with friends to share reading progress.
- Track reading streaks and earn achievement badges.
Livrux coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are 16 or older, or that a parent or legal guardian is creating the account on your behalf. Parents are responsible for all activity under their account, including reader profiles created for their children.
4. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same person.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.
- Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes any third-party rights.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
- Misrepresent books as read to gain coins fraudulently.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, graphics, and code within the Livrux app and website are the property of Livrux and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Book cover images retrieved via third-party APIs are the property of their respective rights holders and are displayed for informational purposes only.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Livrux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or virtual coins.
9. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
10. Changes to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

- Criar perfis de leitores para membros da família (geralmente crianças).
- Registrar livros lidos e ganhar moedas virtuais ("Livrux") com base nas páginas lidas.
- Gastar moedas Livrux para registrar recompensas do mundo real concedidas pelo titular da conta.
- Conectar-se com amigos para compartilhar o progresso de leitura.
- Acompanhar sequências de leitura e conquistar medalhas de conquistas.
As moedas Livrux não têm valor monetário e não podem ser trocadas por dinheiro nem transferidas entre contas.
3. Elegibilidade
Você deve ter pelo menos 16 anos para criar uma conta. Ao se cadastrar, confirma que tem 16 anos ou mais, ou que um pai ou responsável legal está criando a conta em seu nome. Os responsáveis são responsáveis por toda a atividade na conta, incluindo os perfis de leitores criados para seus filhos.
4. Responsabilidades da conta
- Você é responsável por manter a confidencialidade das suas credenciais de acesso.
- Você deve fornecer informações precisas ao criar sua conta.
- Você deve nos notificar imediatamente se suspeitar de acesso não autorizado à sua conta.
- Você não pode compartilhar sua conta com terceiros nem criar múltiplas contas para a mesma pessoa.
5. Uso aceitável
Você concorda em não:
- Usar o Serviço para qualquer finalidade ilegal ou em violação de regulamentos.
- Tentar obter acesso não autorizado a outras contas ou aos nossos sistemas.
- Fazer upload de conteúdo prejudicial, ofensivo ou que viole direitos de terceiros.
- Fazer engenharia reversa, descompilar ou tentar extrair o código-fonte do app.
- Usar ferramentas automatizadas (bots, scrapers) para acessar o Serviço.
- Registrar livros que não foram lidos para obter moedas de forma fraudulenta.
6. Propriedade intelectual
Todo o conteúdo, design, gráficos e código do app e do site Livrux são propriedade do Livrux e estão protegidos pelas leis de propriedade intelectual aplicáveis. Você não pode reproduzir, distribuir ou criar trabalhos derivados sem nossa permissão expressa por escrito.
As imagens de capas de livros obtidas por meio de APIs de terceiros são de propriedade de seus respectivos titulares de direitos e são exibidas apenas para fins informativos.
7. Isenção de garantias
O Serviço é fornecido "no estado em que se encontra" e "conforme disponível", sem garantias de qualquer tipo, expressas ou implícitas. Não garantimos que o Serviço será ininterrupto, livre de erros ou de componentes prejudiciais. O uso do Serviço é por sua conta e risco.
8. Limitação de responsabilidade
Na máxima extensão permitida por lei, o Livrux não será responsável por danos indiretos, incidentais, especiais, consequenciais ou punitivos decorrentes do uso ou da impossibilidade de uso do Serviço, incluindo, mas não se limitando a, perda de dados ou de moedas virtuais.
9. Encerramento da conta
Você pode excluir sua conta a qualquer momento em Configurações → Excluir conta. Reservamo-nos o direito de suspender ou encerrar contas que violem estes Termos, com ou sem aviso prévio.
10. Alterações no Serviço e nos Termos
Reservamo-nos o direito de modificar ou descontinuar o Serviço a qualquer momento. Podemos atualizar estes Termos periodicamente. Notificaremos você sobre alterações significativas pelo app ou por e-mail. O uso continuado após as alterações constitui aceitação dos Termos atualizados.
11. Lei aplicável
Estes Termos são regidos pelas leis de Alemanha. Quaisquer disputas serão resolvidas nos tribunais de Alemanha, salvo quando a lei de proteção ao consumidor aplicável exigir o contrário.

1. Annahme der Bedingungen
Diese Nutzungsbedingungen ("Bedingungen") regeln den Zugang zu und die Nutzung der mobilen App und der Website von Livrux ("Dienst"), betrieben von Fernanda Castro ("wir", "uns", "unser"). Mit der Registrierung bestätigst du, diese Bedingungen und unsere Datenschutzerklärung gelesen und akzeptiert zu haben.
2. Beschreibung des Dienstes
Livrux ist eine Lese-Tracker-App für Familien, die dem Kontoinhaber folgendes ermöglicht:
- Leserprofile für Familienmitglieder (in der Regel Kinder) anlegen.
- Gelesene Bücher erfassen und virtuelle Münzen ("Livrux") basierend auf den gelesenen Seiten verdienen.
- Livrux-Münzen ausgeben, um reale Belohnungen des Kontoinhabers zu erfassen.
- Mit Freunden verbinden, um Lesefortschritte zu teilen.
- Leseserien verfolgen und Erfolgsabzeichen verdienen.
Livrux-Münzen haben keinen Geldwert und können weder gegen Geld eingelöst noch zwischen Konten übertragen werden.
3. Nutzungsvoraussetzungen
Du musst mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein, um ein Konto zu erstellen. Mit der Registrierung bestätigst du, dass du 16 Jahre oder älter bist, oder dass ein Elternteil oder Erziehungsberechtigter das Konto in deinem Namen erstellt. Eltern sind für alle Aktivitäten unter ihrem Konto verantwortlich, einschließlich der für ihre Kinder erstellten Leserprofile.
4. Kontoverantwortlichkeiten
- Du bist für die Vertraulichkeit deiner Zugangsdaten verantwortlich.
- Du musst bei der Kontoerstellung genaue Angaben machen.
- Du musst uns unverzüglich benachrichtigen, wenn du einen unbefugten Zugriff auf dein Konto vermutest.
- Du darfst dein Konto nicht mit anderen teilen oder mehrere Konten für dieselbe Person erstellen.
5. Zulässige Nutzung
Du stimmst zu, Folgendes zu unterlassen:
- Den Dienst für rechtswidrige Zwecke oder unter Verletzung von Vorschriften zu nutzen.
- Den Versuch, unbefugten Zugang zu anderen Konten oder unseren Systemen zu erlangen.
- Das Hochladen schädlicher, beleidigender oder rechtswidriger Inhalte.
- Reverse Engineering, Dekompilierung oder den Versuch, den Quellcode der App zu extrahieren.
- Die Nutzung automatisierter Tools (Bots, Scraper) für den Zugriff auf den Dienst.
- Das betrügerische Eintragen nicht gelesener Bücher zur Erlangung von Münzen.
6. Geistiges Eigentum
Alle Inhalte, Designs, Grafiken und Codes der Livrux-App und der Website sind Eigentum von Livrux und durch geltende Gesetze zum Schutz geistigen Eigentums geschützt. Eine Vervielfältigung, Verbreitung oder Erstellung abgeleiteter Werke ist ohne unsere ausdrückliche schriftliche Genehmigung nicht gestattet.
Buchcover-Bilder, die über Drittanbieter-APIs abgerufen werden, sind Eigentum der jeweiligen Rechteinhaber und werden nur zu Informationszwecken angezeigt.
7. Haftungsausschluss für Gewährleistungen
Der Dienst wird "wie besehen" und "wie verfügbar" ohne ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Gewährleistungen jeglicher Art bereitgestellt. Wir garantieren nicht, dass der Dienst ununterbrochen, fehlerfrei oder frei von schädlichen Komponenten ist. Die Nutzung des Dienstes erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko.
8. Haftungsbeschränkung
Im größtmöglichen gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang haftet Livrux nicht für indirekte, zufällige, besondere, Folge- oder Strafschäden, die sich aus der Nutzung oder der Unmöglichkeit der Nutzung des Dienstes ergeben, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf den Verlust von Daten oder virtuellen Münzen.
9. Kontolöschung
Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit über Einstellungen → Konto löschen löschen. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Konten, die gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen, mit oder ohne vorherige Ankündigung zu sperren oder zu kündigen.
10. Änderungen am Dienst und den Bedingungen
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, den Dienst jederzeit zu ändern oder einzustellen. Diese Bedingungen können von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisiert werden. Über wesentliche Änderungen informieren wir dich über die App oder per E-Mail. Die weitere Nutzung nach Änderungen gilt als Zustimmung zu den aktualisierten Bedingungen.
11. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht von Deutschland. Streitigkeiten werden vor den Gerichten von Deutschland ausgetragen, soweit nicht zwingendes Verbraucherrecht etwas anderes vorschreibt.
